Jim Mills

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jim has spent the past 30 years in the professional services industry. Before joining Dominium’s leadership team, he was the Principal of the Mills Group and also spent many years in senior positions at several of the nation’s largest benefit consulting firms. Jim has significant experience designing and implementing executive benefit programs for large public and private corporations throughout the U.S. and brought his forward-thinking and human-centered approach to the Dominium family. Jim is active with several non-profit organizations, including Families First, The Lovett School and the St. Simon’s Island Land Trust.
